任职要求/岗位职责

职位描述:
岗位目标：

负责物流中心SAP系统上线后与各厂家，客户端的沟通，和运输TMS系统/称重系统的设立和与第三方运输供应商的沟通，配合。

关键岗位职责：

协助营运总监和物流中心经理

-与各上游厂家/第三方客户进驻物流中心的准备工作，包含基础信息、系统对接、流程对接。（目前SDS，以后SAP）
-负责向上游厂家和第三方客户提出在SAP系统上线后系统流程里的合理建议，优化和改善物流现场操作，增加数据对接/交换的效率。
-必要时设计《手工》应急方案，确保系统转换（SDS到SAP）不对业务影响。
-建立称重系统，完善运输计费模式
-从称重系统数据为基础，建立TMS（运输管理追踪），试运行和优化

任职资格：

-在跨国公司、合资企业有超过三年的物流或供应链管理经验。
-具有良好的客户关系处理能力，有危机公关意识。
-熟悉PC和仓库系统（SAP优先考虑）
-具有GSP/GMP等质量标准经验或是概念
-具有ERP系统实践经验，尤其在库存管理系统方面。
-简单日常英语和普通话。
-能够承担一定的工作压力，并积极主动的工作，具有良好的创新意识。
-具有良好的沟通能力，能与各个层面的外部和内部人员建立并维持良好的关系。
